Bowls’ Big Weekend is a national event providing the opportunity for you, your friends and family to give lawn bowls a go. Up and down the country, bowls clubs will be opening their doors to people who want to try a new sport, have some fun and meet new people.

We are really excited to welcome new people to our club and can guarantee that you will have plenty of time on the green testing your skills, meeting our friendly club members and learning how you can be part of our friendly, local club.

Bowls is a sport that is easy to take up but takes time and practice to master. There’ll be fun and lots of laughs. It is very doable, whatever your physical ability, relatively inexpensive and is really sociable.
